FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How do I book a class? You can book online via our timetable or through The Dutch Barn app. Simply choose your class, select your spot, and check out — it only takes a minute.
2. Do I need to be a member? No, you’re welcome to book on a pay‑as‑you‑go basis or purchase a class pass. We also offer class packs if you’d like regular access and extra perks.
3. What should I bring to class? Wear comfortable, breathable clothing you can move in. Bring a water bottle and a towel if you like. For most classes, we provide the mats and equipment.
4. I’m new — will the classes be suitable for me? Absolutely. Our instructors offer options for all levels, so you can go at your own pace. If you’re unsure which class to start with, we’re happy to recommend one.
5. Is The Dutch Barn accessible? Yes. We have a ramp for access, an accessible toilet, and our main class space is step‑free. Please contact us in advance if you have specific access needs.
6. Where can I park? We have onsite gravel and concrete parking areas, free for all clients.
7. What’s your cancellation policy? You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your class via the app or website. Late cancellations may be charged.
8. Can I rent a treatment room or teach a class here? We’d love to hear from you. Please get in touch via our contact page for more information on availability.
9. How do I buy a gift voucher? You can either purchase a gift voucher online in the Pricing section of the website, or collect a paper version in person.
10. How do I redeem a gift voucher? Your gift voucher will be sent to you either by email (digital) or as a paper card. Both versions include a unique gift code. To redeem your voucher: 1) Create a login on our app or website (if you don’t already have one). 2) Go to: App: Purchase Website: Book → Pricing 3) Choose the credit pack that matches your voucher value (1, 5 or 10 credits). 4) At checkout, select Redeem Gift Voucher and enter your code. The total will change to £0 once the voucher is applied. Your credits will appear on your account and you can book any class.
