Our passionate instructors and therapists are here to help you move, feel, and live better — whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned athlete. Expect inclusive, instructor-led classes, restorative therapies, and a supportive atmosphere that inspires you to thrive.
Pay as you go or buy a pack of classes to make a saving. £14 a class, 5 classes for £60 or 10 classes for £99, which includes a guest pass for you to bring a friend. If you are planning on 3 or more sessions a week, you might want to consider the Unlimited Class Pack for £120 a month.

SCULPT PILATES
A high-energy take on mat pilates, set to great music to keep you moving. This class
blends traditional Pilates principles with dynamic, flowing sequences to build
strength, improve posture, and fire up your core. Expect a faster pace, more power,
and a serious full-body workout.

MAT PILATES
Rooted in Joseph Pilates’ original method, this class focuses on precise movements,
controlled breathing, and a strong mind–body connection. You’ll work through a series
of traditional exercises designed to improve posture, core strength, flexibility, and
balance. Perfect for all levels, with Laura’s expert guidance offering both supportive
options and spicier progressions to leave you feeling stronger, more aligned, and
energised for the day ahead.

BARRE
Ballet-inspired strength, tone, and balance
A graceful fusion of ballet-inspired movements, Pilates, and strength training. This low-
impact, high-result workout sculpts and tones the body while improving posture,
flexibility, and balance. Set to uplifting music, Barre delivers a full-body workout that
feels as elegant as it is effective. Suitable for all levels, with modifications and
challenges to suit your pace.

IGNITE
This energised mat-based workout fuses Pilates-inspired movement with dynamic strength and conditioning. Expect flowing sequences of stretches, core-focused exercises, and controlled strength work designed to sculpt and tone. Gentle bursts of cardio are woven throughout to lift energy and build stamina, while an emphasis on breath and precision leaves you feeling centred, strong, and refreshed from head to toe. LADIES STRENGTH
Ladies Strength - A Confidence Building Strength Class
This class is designed especially for women who want to feel stronger, more confident, and comfortable learning how to lift weights. We focus on simple, safe strength exercises with a gentle approach. No cardio and no experience needed.
You'll learn how to move with correct form, building strength at your own pace, and understand how weight training supports women's health.
Expect a warm welcome, encouraging environment, where you can take your time, ask questions and feel supported through your own strength journey.

JUST DANCE
Just dance, high-energy, feel good dance class designed to kick start your weekend. Each week we learn a brand-new routine to music from different decades, genres, and artists, from classics to current favourites.
The class breaks down steps in a clear, accessible way before building them into a full routine you can really rock by the end. Expect a fun, party atmosphere, great cardio, and the satisfaction of learning choreography while dancing to brilliant music.
Suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities — no dance experience needed, just a love of music and movement.

ENGINE ROOM CIRCUITS
This high-energy workout is designed to boost heart health, stamina, and overall
fitness. Using a mix of bodyweight drills, dynamic movements, and interval training,
you’ll build endurance and power up your cardiovascular system. Perfect for runners,
sportspeople, and anyone wanting to increase speed, agility, and fitness — or simply
feel stronger in everyday life. Open to all levels, with options to scale the intensity so
you can train at the pace that works for you.

FIT FOR LIFE
Functional movement class focused on building real-life strength, balance, mobility, and coordination.
Using weights, resistance bands, tennis balls and other functional equipment, this session helps you move better, feel steadier, and build strength that carries over into everyday life.
Calm, supportive, and adaptable for all abilities - with an emphasis on confidence, control, and long-term movement health.

EMPOWER YOGA
A grounding yet uplifting class designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind. Through a blend of strengthening and restorative yoga poses, breathwork, and guided relaxation, Empower Yoga encourages you to move with intention, release tension, and cultivate inner strength. Leave class feeling lighter, more centered, and ready for deep, restful sleep. Perfect for all levels.

MAINLY MEN
Core, Stretch and Strengthen
A Pilates-based workout designed specifically with men in mind. This energising session focuses on improving core strength, mobility, balance, and overall conditioning — targeting the areas many men neglect, but benefit from most. Expect a mix of dynamic movement, bodyweight strength work, and purposeful stretching to help you move better, feel stronger, and reduce everyday stiffness.
No Pilates experience needed. Suitable for all abilities, whether you’re new to exercise or already active. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and recharged.

DANCE AEROBICS

STEP AEROBICS

HIIT
Get ready to move, sweat, and feel amazing in our friendly, high-energy HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class! Designed to be fun, supportive, and motivating, this session combines short bursts of effort with recovery periods to help you build strength, boost fitness, and leave feeling empowered.
All fitness levels are welcome — whether you’re brand new to exercise or a seasoned athlete, every workout can be adapted to suit you. Options and progressions are always provided, so you can go at your own pace while still challenging yourself.

A 45-minute embodied Hatha yoga practice to nourish, soothe, and restore your whole being. Breath-led movement, asana (postures), pranayama (yogic breathing), and meditation are woven together into a seamless, intuitive practice that builds strength, balance, and deeper self-connection. Suitable for all levels, with space to explore at your own pace.

HYBRID
A 90-minute functional fitness session blending running intervals with strength and conditioning stations. Expect a mix of bodyweight drills, weighted carries, wall balls, and battle ropes — all designed to build stamina, strength, and resilience. Work at your own pace, with options to push harder if you want to test yourself. Hybrid is perfect for anyone looking to improve overall fitness, or to prepare for functional fitness events in the future.
